REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for products and services offered by The Future Factors AI.
1. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, Downloads)
Refunds for digital products are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
You may request a refund by emailing:

2. Bootcamps, Live Events & Programs
Refunds for live or time-based programs are handled case-by-case.
We may offer:
- Partial refunds
- Credits toward future programs
- No refund if the program has started or content has been accessed
Requests must be submitted before the program ends.
3. Consulting Services
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Additional payments may be refundable on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work completed
- Once work has started, refunds may not be available
4. Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a dispute with Stripe, PayPal, or card providers.
We will work with you to resolve concerns fairly.
